About Me

Hi! I'm Michelle, a 38 year old online fitness coach. Growing up, I was always a foodie constantly thinking about food and always eating. Over time, the weight started to catch up with me. I tried every diet under the sun, but nothing seemed to work and I found myself stuck in a cycle of frustration and failure. One day, I decided enough was enough and I committed to taking a sustainable, realistic approach.

I began by becoming more mindful of what I ate, focusing on whole foods and listening to my body. I also started exercising regularly, beginning with cardio and soon discovering the transformative power of weightlifting. It wasn’t long before I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition...an experience that gave me deep knowledge of fat loss, muscle gain and body composition. Through that journey, I achieved the best physique of my life.

Wanting to help others achieve what had been such a struggle for me, I pursued further education, earning both my ACE Personal Training and ACE Nutrition certifications. After competing a few more times, I shifted my focus toward promoting a healthy, sustainable lifestyle...one where you can still enjoy the foods you love while hitting your goals.

Now, I want to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the last decade to help YOU achieve your dream body. No one is “too far gone,” and even a lifelong foodie can reach their goals with the right guidance and mindset.
